Welcome to FreelancerShift.com, a job board connecting freelancers and companies through a streamlined platform. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using FreelancerShift, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. About FreelancerShift

FreelancerShift is a membership-based job board. We do not take any commission or fees from successful job contracts. Instead, we charge monthly membership fees from both freelancers and companies for platform access and features.

2. Account Registration

To access the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

  • Freelancers and companies must subscribe to a plan to use the platform.

  • By registering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Membership Plans & Payments

  • FreelancerShift operates on a monthly subscription basis for both freelancers and companies.

  • Memberships auto-renew monthly, and you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, no future payments will be charged, and your membership will expire at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time or missed opportunities.

4. Platform Use

You agree to use FreelancerShift for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Post false or misleading job listings or profiles

  • Harass or exploit other users

  • Attempt to circumvent our subscription model

  • Upload or transmit harmful code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. No Commission Policy

FreelancerShift does not interfere in agreements between freelancers and clients. We do not take any commission or transaction fees. All arrangements, payments, and project outcomes are strictly between the freelancer and the hiring company.

6. Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel your account or subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
If your subscription is canceled:

  • Your profile and job access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

  • After that, access to premium features will be removed unless you re-subscribe.

FreelancerShift reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for behavior that harms the platform’s integrity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on FreelancerShift.com, including logos, branding, and site design, are owned by FreelancerShift or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FreelancerShift provides its platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee success, job offers, or results from using our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreelancerShift shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version with the updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
